Conversion Weekend

Thank you for being our customer. We know that change brings challenges and opportunities. As we transition your account(s) to Atlantic Capital we are working to make this change as seamless as possible. It's our belief that moving you onto one system gives us an opportunity to create a best-in-class client experience.

The conversion to each of the new systems has begun and is scheduled for completion Monday, July 11th. For your convenience, we've listed a few of the key points here along with a link to the full PDF version of the Welcome Guide.

Checks & Debit Cards

The checks and debit cards you currently use will still be accepted for payments. Surcharge-free ATM transactions are available at FSG Bank ATMs and any Allpoint locations, replacing MoneyPass. Future check orders will reflect the new bank name. New Atlantic Capital debit cards will be issued as the old FSG cards expire.

Online & Mobile  Banking 

Each of the new systems is available.

The user ID for your accounts will remain the same and your temporary password will be the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) or Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN).

Telephone Banking

Atlantic Capital Bank’s 24-Hour Telephone Banking system is now available for enrollment. To enroll, just dial (800) 373-0622 and follow the prompts to access your accounts. When prompted for a PIN, enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number or the business Tax Identification Number.

Download the Go! Mobile app

To download the Atlantic Capital app, please visit the App Store or Google Play and enter ACB Go! or Atlantic Capital to pull up the correct app.

Open the Go! Mobile app and select the button New Mobile User? to register. You'll need your account number, last 6 digits of your SSN and zip code to complete the process. Next, you will create a User ID and Password. 

*Please note that Go! Mobile user credentials are not associated with online banking credentials.


  • The FSG Bank website will remain in place along with the current FSG branch signs.
  • Surcharge free withdrawals will come from the Allpoint ATM Network, replacing MoneyPass. Download the app or visit the website to find one of their 55,000 ATM's worldwide.
